About Giyani Science Centre

SCIENCE IS FOR EVERYONE AND IT STARTS HERE IN GIYANI

The Giyani Science Centre is a dynamic hub for science education, dedicated to making STEM learning accessible and exciting for everyone. We provide hands-on interactive exhibits and digital resources that transform abstract scientific concepts into engaging, tangible experiences suitable for all ages and learning styles.

As a community focal point, we host diverse events including workshops, science fairs, guest lectures, coding bootcamps, and competitions that bring people together to celebrate and explore science. Our comprehensive programs from after-school activities to holiday camps and educator resources complement formal education and create pathways for students to pursue STEM careers.

We are particularly committed to reaching underrepresented groups and breaking down barriers to science education. By fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity, the Giyani Science Centre aims to build a scientifically literate community prepared to understand and shape the future.
